Acta Pharma Services are experts in Regulatory Affairs. Acta Pharma Services delivers a dedicated Regulatory Affairs service to the Pharmaceutical industry.  We are able to help keep your projects on target and provide fresh ideas to approach existing issues.  Through our extensive network of consultants and advisers, we can advise on a broad range of regulatory issues and manage a variety of product development programmes.

Acta Pharma Services was founded in 2001 by Dr Steve Binysh, a regulatory affairs professional with numerous years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.  While assisting some of the world’s leading healthcare companies he successfully filed submissions in the UK, Europe, North America and export territories.  Products have included NCEs, OTCs, line extensions and generics, especially in the antiviral, respiratory, anticancer and CNS areas. 

Our involvement can either be for the duration of a project or simply providing additional input where needed.  Acta can operate on an independent basis or work in close co-operation with your own internal departments.  Whatever our level of contribution, we will be able to help you achieve quicker approval of your applications.  Our service is flexible and always responsive to clients’ changing needs.
